• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to Tonga Munga. If the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong or damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs.

• Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including consumable goods, downloaded software, gift cards, and health and personal care products.
• Return Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you via email whether your return request has been accepted or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a certain timeframe.
