 Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect all items upon delivery. After the 30-day return window has closed, we will not accept any returns/refunds.  

Please note:

  1. All returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding on to your original packaging through the trial period. 

2.Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

head to our contact page, fill out the form, and we’ll get back to you with next steps. Before sending any returns to see if you are eligible for a return/refund.

  • Please do not forget to include full name, order number and order item for our reference.

  • All parts, assembly tools, and accessories must be included with your return to receive a full refund.
  • Please hang on to the box if you are still making your final decision as all returns must be made in original packaging. Items returned without original packaging will be subject to shipping and restocking fees.

We cannot accept returns on products purchased from other vendors; please work with the store you purchased item(s) from in accordance with their return policy. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
